Hailing from Japan, Hoshino coffee specializes in hand dripped coffee and cafe japanese fusion food. The decor is comfortable and appealing with a japanese specialty of having made to scale food models on display to let you know exactly what you're ordering.

This small little touch goes a long way in making the place that much more accessible and appealing for their customers.
Omu Souffle on Tomato Rice ($15.80)

Omu Souffle on Tomato Risotto with Shrimp and Broccoli ($16.80)
Seeing this puffy souffle is one of the fun parts of eating in Hoshino coffee. Its so fluffy and wobbly that its almost irresistibly appetizing and i just gotta try it. We ordered 2 variations of it. One one tomato rice and one with tomato risotto and shirmp.

Of the 2, i prefer the risotto because its more packed with flavor from the shrimp and brocoli combination but be warned that it can get quite jelat before the end of the meal. The normal tomato rice version is served on a flat plate and that means there is less rice. That said, both versions work well with the souffle and brings back memories of being a kid and loving buttery eggs with tomato ketchup.

The souffle is very nice and creamy in the middle which really make me wonder how its made when its so nice and wobbly on the outside. Everything is cooked well and just plain delicious.

Verdict: Worth repeat visits for the rest of the menu and coffee.
