Located in Punggol Safra, Isho is a bistro style Japanese restaurant. Interiors are very functional and simple with air conditioning.

Salmon Skin Chips with Mayonnaise

The salmon skin was thin and crispy but can be sharp on the edges so eat with care. It went well with the mayonnaise but is otherwise bland.

Salmon Ikura Don

Katsu Curry Don

 For me, anything with curry will generally taste at least decent. Japanese curry is less spicy and this suits me fine. The katsu was a tad dry but made up for by the curry and the rice was sushi rice so it tends to clump together. The pickles were a nice touch and helps to remove some jelatness otherwise.

Issho Ramen

Warm and salty. Char siew was quite tasteless. Noodles just right. Eggs always good.

Hotplate Hamburger Steak

Overall, the food was ok. A tad expensive. From the looks of it, i think the hotplate hamburger steak would be good choice to eat cause i didn't get to try it. Skip the fish skin as there are better ones elsewhere.

Verdict: Come for lunch when they have some interesting items at discounted prices. Dinner is a little pricey for the food served.
