Paradise group has been a consistent performer in terms of good food in the local Singapore scene. They have under the group multiple brands such as Seafood Paradise, Paradise Hotpot, Beauty in a pot, LeNu and my personal favorite, Taste Paradise. All their different brands cater to different concepts and cuisines to capture the market with varying but mostly positive success.

Paradise Dynasty is one of the more affordable offerings for Chinese food and this is a review of the outlet at Changi Airport Terminal 3.
The restaurant is located right above the departure hall and is featured around a disc like kitchen with tables surrounding it. The crowd here varies wildly from none to wait long long long so its sometimes a matter of luck or making a booking.
Yang Zhou Fried Rice ($11.80)
Soy sauce fried rice with prawns and char siew. Can't go wrong with this order. Its nicely made and has a good amount of prawns with a nice char siew fragrance.
XLB Xiao Long Bao ($12.30)
This dish inevitably draws comparisons with DTF xlb and for good reason. It looks and is served pretty much the same way. The difference is that Paradise Dynasty's version seems to have more soup in the dumplings and less of the "porky" smell. I actually prefer Paradise Dynasty's version.
Pork Dumpling with chili and red vinegar ($6.80)
Anything with vinegar automatically gains extra points from me. This is heaven in a dish with chili padi for heat, hot pork dumplings in a thin wanton skin and lots of vinegar and small fried garlic or shallots to complete it. Goes well with rice and pretty much anything.
Fried Vegetables with Pork and Tofu ($12.80)
We ordered this as our mom was having vegetarian that day, the menu did not mention pork and thankfully, it wasn't much of a problem. However, staunch vegans please be aware. The dish is again stir fried and with oyster sauce, mushrooms, tofu, pork and green and red peppers. Pretty decent but didn't find the tofu very exciting.
Steamed egg white with crab meat and yolk ($13.80) and Stir fried baby kailan ($12.80)
The steamed egg white is another dish i'll order everytime i'm here. Its light and works very well with vinegar and rice. Mix the yolk together and the taste becomes thicker. The crab mixed into it brings a superb albeit slightly salty taste that just enhances it further.
The kailan is a terrible disappointment. For $12.80, the portion size is simply pathetic. Less then half a plate so i hope the vegetables were organic or made specially in some way because it did not taste particularly special to us.
Paradise Crispy Chicken $(13.90) and
Paradise Garlic Pork Rib $(13.90)
The crispy chicken was a hit and taste a bit like KFC. Its hot and fragrant and went well with the mayo it came with. The pork ribs are very tender and juicy and tastes just right with a cajun like batter.

Overall, the meal costs $138.30 for 6 people. Is it cheap? Well no but the food quality is decent for its price for most items except the baby kailan.

Verdict: Some hits, some misses and still worth going to.
