At current, there are 1-for-1 promotions for lunch, student deals and 10% off for sharing and liking on facebook. NTUC staff get 15% off ala carte items as well. As of this post, i've already returned to have a meal on their lunch menu and will providing some tips in that post.
Herb's Signature Fish And Chips ($14.80)
This was lightly battered with hints of butter in the crust. The fish used is dory and is flaky, sweet and still juicy. Serving size is good for a main and fries were generous. The tartar sauce enhances the taste considerably.
Tom Yum Seafood Spaghetti  ($15.80)
Tom Yum Seafood Spaghetti  ($15.80)
This is a clear winner for dish of the day. Serving size was good and filling. Seafood was generous and all were fresh without additional treatments so they all taste natural. The spaghetti was done al dente and perfect. The tom yum sauce is to die for. It was not too spicy and you can get the tom yum flavor distinctly even before biting into the spaghetti. It works surprisingly well with the creamy seafood sauce and is just fantastic enough for full price.
Dory Fish with Mustard Basil Sauce ($14.80)
Although the portion size is small, the quality of lightly pan fried dory with the absolutely delicious mustard basil sauce is a dish to remember. The sauce makes all the difference with hints of butter, mustard, lemon and basil. The sauteed mushrooms are great as well. Only downside is that you'll likely want more once you finish.
Herbs Bones Chicken Thigh ($12.80)
The chicken thigh is pan fried to perfection while still retaining all of its juices. The skin is golden brown and crispy. The lemon butter sauce bring out even more of the flavor and sweetness of the meat as well. Pretty good.
Gelato Corner
After polishing off the main course, we were excited enough to want to try their desserts and settled for the mao shan wang durian gelato.
Mao Shan Wang Durian Gelato ($5)
We got to try a few flavors before deciding to go with this flavor because it was very thick, very strong and absolutely "durian-y". You can even see bits of durian fibers while eating so its very good value for $5.

This meal was a pleasant surprise and total damage came up to  $69.71. No service charge was levied and a 10% discount was factored for liking and sharing on facebook. There is also no pork or lard used in any of the food and i assume Halal certification shouldn't be too far off.

Verdict: Lovely place, great offers and quality food. Editor's Choice and will be back very shortly.
