This was again during our Europe trip with EU Holidays a while ago and this hotel was the best hotel we had to stay in during our trip.

The exterior and interiors are all stylishly furnished with an old world charm and everything looked polished and clean. The room we had was big with a king sized bed, bathtub ensuite and a little sitting area. It was located just a little ways from town which you can walk to and had a nice park right in front of the hotel. We were there during winter and the weather was chilly but comfortable.

The real perk of staying here is the breakfast and what a breakfast it was.

You get a huge variety of quality food which all tasted great. Honey from a honeycomb, boiled eggs, cereals, all kinds of bread, bacon and ham, fruits, superb fruits juices and you also get champagne. I don't know who came up with this idea for a champagne breakfast but he is a genius! Apart from that, you can also go for wine or beer!

What a way to start the day and if money was not a concern, this would be my choice again if i'm ever in Interlaken again.

Again, my vote for best hotel stay during this entire trip.
