Chanced upon this place while trying to search for a place to celebrate my wife's birthday with the family and the sky was raining extremely heavily outside.

We took the set meal for 6 people since we had 6 people in our group to feed and the set included everything you see in the pictures.

For SGD 98 bucks, you get 6 dishes which included the fish head steamboat, the salted egg pork cutlets, broccoli with scallops, prawn omelette, signature beancurd and the prawn fritters. The stand outs were the salted egg pork, signature beancurd and the fish head steamboat while the rest was rather normal.

The salted egg pork was done just right and was both fragrant and tender. The beancurd, though looking very spicy, was anything but. It was sweet instead and with light heat brought on by the smatterings of chili. It went really well with the bean curd. The fish head steamboat was a very generous portion with lots of fish meat but was more towards the salty spectrum.

Overall, pretty good value for money set from a place i have never heard of before.

Verdict: Ok for the non fussy eaters.
