Located in 1A Short street, a short walk from La Salle college and opposite Selegie Rochor beancurd is this little gem of a stall.
Seating capacity is around 50 people inclusive of the al fresco portion of the restaurant and service is generally really friendly and nice. The name of the place is obviously a play of a rather...let's call it 'controversial' phrase that many people will get but once you look past that, its a place that serves some unique comfort food.
Like their facebook and instagram page for further discounts.
Overall, the meal was generally good although the signatures are the real reasons to visit. Will return for the Champagne XL ribs.
Verdict: Come for the signatures.

Big Lazy Chop Signature XL Ribs $22 |
The ribs were of a decent size, fried till fragrant and tender with a nice dollop of salted egg sauce on top. The meat was juicy and best enjoyed wearing the plastic gloves and picking them up individually. Eat like a caveman basically. We found this to be a nice start and regretted not ordering the butter champagne version.
Big Lazy Chop Signature Curry Bee Hoon combo ($35) |
Another winner! We enjoyed the fresh and sweet crayfish, generous servings of clams, prawns and seafood and adored the curry and bee hoon mixture. Its quite spicy but so worth it. Reminds me of the indonesian curry noodles in terms of taste as its more watery. Serving size is big enough for 4 people. This is a must order!
Chinese Spinach with Trio Eggs ($13) |
This was serviceable albeit not too special. Everything was as it should be with no surprises. The stock is pleasant.
Hot Sweet Corn Chestnut ($2.50) |
Homemade Orh Nee/ Yam paste ($8) |
We finished the meal with 2 desserts which were ok generally. Found the yam paste a little too hard though.
